Tangy Apple Coleslaw


• 1 1/2 cups grated green cabbage
• 1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
• 1/2 cup grated carrot
• 1 cup diced, unpeeled NS Cortland apple
• 1 tbsp sesame seeds
• 1/4 cup salad oil
• 1/4 tsp salt
• 2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
• 1/4 tsp celery seed

Mix together cabbage, celery, carrot, apple and sesame seeds. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over salad and toss. Chill. Makes 6 servings.
