Tangy Apple Coleslaw
1 1/2 cups grated green cabbage
1/2 cup thinly sliced celery
1/2 cup grated carrot
1 cup diced, unpeeled NS Cortland apple
1 tbsp sesame seeds
1/4 cup salad oil
1/4 tsp salt
2 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/4 tsp celery seed
Mix together cabbage, celery, carrot, apple and sesame seeds. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over salad and toss. Chill. Makes 6 servings.
